• To respond to enquiries (legitimate interests).

• To provide expert witness services when instructed (contract).

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and medico-legal record keeping).

Sharing your data

Data may be processed by:

• Wix (website hosting)

• Hosting UK (email provider)

• WhatsApp (if you choose to message me there)
  These providers may store data outside the UK but apply standard contractual safeguards.

I do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

• Routine enquiries: up to 12 months.

• Case files: normally 7 years after case closure, in line with medico-legal practice.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy in portable format.
